each session begins with an intuitive intro on the current moon phase and its energetic theme, followed by guided introspection and journaling prompts to support clarity and emotional release.

from there, we shift into an ecstatic dance journey — djed live by katemi — designed to help you shake off old timelines and fully embody the frequency of the now.
